The Anglo-French mezzo-soprano Anna Stéphany feels at home as an extremely versatile artist in almost every epoch. Now at ALPHA CLASSICS she presents Luciano Berio's folk songs, Maurice Ravel's 'Histoires naturelles' and Manuel de Falla's 'Psyché'. It is above all Stéphany's sensuality in her voice that makes this CD such a special pleasure and with which the singer can evoke an enormous emotional impact.
