Supporting artists in the realization of extraordinary projects is the goal of the legendary SWR NEW Jazz Meeting. When the NEW Jazz Meeting 2013 offered to French accordionist Vincent Peirani to expand his tribe quintet Living Being, he chose Mathias Eick and Leïla Martial, who would understand the tightly-knit cosmos of the band. Now called Living Being Extended, the group played three concerts - in Karlsruhe, Tübingen and Mainz - and created some of the greatest moments of the NEW Jazz Meeting. Now you can listen to these highlights on this brand new album of the label SWR Jazzhaus, and of course, as usual with the SWR, in the very best sound quality!
