The live recording of this great concert by jazz avant-garde musician Sun Ra with his Arkestra in Willisau, Switzerland, has already made record history in its various editions. Seven of the 17 titles were written by Sun Ra. The other ten are jazz classics, including "Round Midnight" by Thelonious Monk and "Take the 'A' Train" by Billy Strayhorn.
Now the audiophile vinyl first edition appears in a faithful reprint, limited to 515 copies, in a double fold-out microcorrugated cardboard box with four postcards. On the double LP there are two titles which were not included in the CD editions of the last decades.
