Mozart's sublime tragic comedy Don Giovanni offers almost limitless scope for directors. Kaspar Holten shows a protagonist who tries to overcome his own mortality with his amorous adventures ... but as is well known, he does not succeed Holten's production is a mixture of colourful comedy and intoxicating drama.
