Soloist and director of the Ars Antiqua Austria ensemble, the violinist Gunar Letzbor is the protagonist of the fourth volume of the stimulating series "The Sound of Cultures", a series of recordings that aims to explore nation by nation the repertoire of Central European countries at the turn of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, with the aim of identifying the common cultural roots. For this new album dedicated to Poland, Letzbor called the soprano Katarzyna Wiwer, which helps to give further authenticity and charm to a record that should not be missed.
