Ludwig van Beethoven's nine symphonies are undisputedly among the greatest treasures that music history has to offer and whose influence on the music of future generations continues to this day. Among the numerous recordings of the compositions, the interpretation by Jos van Immerseel and the orchestra Anima Eterna Brügge is considered particularly successful, on the one hand due to its historical authenticity, on the other hand due to its high and precise musical expressiveness.
