“Mozart (re)inventions” is ensemble paladino’s continued reimagining and exploration of classical works of great composers. The famous duos for violin and viola in a new transcription for flute and cello are the main works of Eric Lamb ("...agility and a buttery tone.“ - New York Times) and Martin Rummel (tempting to present Rummel as the latest candidate for ‘most distinguished Viennese cellist of today’ new recording.” – American Record Guide) Other gems include some tunes from the “Magic Flute” and, of course, Mozart’s very first piano piece, the Menuet K1.
